This promotion offer is open to all New Zealand residents.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

One entry per person. You AND the nominated person/family (the “entrant”) must be a New Zealand resident aged at least 18 who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or agencies associated with the promotion.

The offer is as described in the promotion material; upgrade or purchase a DVS Home Ventilation System by 31 October 2024 to be eligible for a free gift. DVS New Zealand Limited (t/a DVS) reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice:

• Receive two free filters with the purchase or upgrade of a positive pressure ventilation systems.
• Receive four free filters with the purchase or upgrade of a balanced heat recovery ventilation systems.
• The filters will be supplied when the system is installed.
• Fitting the filters is not included in the promotion.

Offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This promotion starts on Wednesday 1 August 2024 and ends on Thursday 31 October 2024 but may be extended.

To be eligible for the Offer, you must have, within the time frame stipulated with the Offer, agreed to and signed a sale and purchase agreement with DVS New Zealand Limited (t/a DVS) to purchase a DVS Ventilation System during the specified time period (1 August 2024 – 31 October 2024).

DVS New Zealand Limited (t/a DVS) standard terms and conditions of sale apply, including but not limited to payment of a 50% deposit with order.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to (a) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter); (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under New Zealand consumer law.

By entering this competition entrants agree to receive marketing and general information from DVS New Zealand Limited (t/a DVS).

If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
