This promotion offer is open to all New Zealand residents.

1. Participation in this promotion or acceptance of the offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. One entry per Customer. You AND the nominated person/family (the “entrant”) must be a New Zealand resident aged at least 18 who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or agencies associated with the promotion.
3. The three offers are as described in the promotion material;

Offer 1: Free Premium Wall Controller Upgrade

To be eligible for Offer 1, customers must purchase a DVS Climate Controlled System, DVS Reclaim Plus System, or upgrade their existing ventilation system (of any brand) to a DVS Climate Controlled System or DVS Reclaim Plus System. Eligible customers will receive a free upgrade to a Premium Wall Controller. This offer is available until 1 March 2025.

Offer 2: 25% Discount on Summer Ventilation Products 

To be eligible for Offer 2, customers must purchase a compatible* DVS Home Ventilation System, add summer vent or summer vent bypass to a compatible* existing DVS system or upgrade their existing ventilation system (of any brand) to a compatible* DVS Home Ventilation System. Eligible customers will receive a 25% discount on either a DVS Automatic Summer Ventilation or a DVS Summer Vent Bypass. This offer is available until 1 March 2025.

*Compatible DVS systems: DVS Summer Vent options are available with the following DVS systems: Connect Series Positive Pressure, Balanced Pressure Heat Recovery, DVS Climate Controlled and DVS Reclaim Plus systems only. Purchasing any other DVS product or system does not qualify for the offer.

Offer 3: 10% Discount on DVS Home Ventilation System 

To be eligible for Offer 3, customers must purchase any DVS Home Ventilation System. Eligible customers will receive a 10% discount on the DVS Home Ventilation System purchased. This offer is available until 1 March 2025.

4. Each customer is eligible to redeem only one offer. Offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. All offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
5. This promotion starts on Tuesday 26^th November and ends at midnight on Friday 28^th February 2025 but may be extended at the sole discretion of DVS New Zealand Limited.
6. To be eligible for the Offer, you must have, within the time frame stipulated with the Offer, agreed to and signed a sale and purchase agreement with DVS New Zealand Limited to upgrade your existing whole of home ventilation system, or purchase a DVS Ventilation System during the specified time period (26 November 2024 – 28 February 2025).
7. DVS New Zealand Limited standard terms and conditions of sale apply, including but not limited to payment of a 50% deposit with order.
8. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to (a) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter); (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under New Zealand consumer law.
9. By agreeing to accept the offer, the Customer agrees to receive marketing and general information from DVS New Zealand Limited.
10. If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
