Terms and conditions:

1. Emailing [email protected] is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Only existing DVS customers are eligible to participate in this promotion.
3. This promotion starts on 1st June 2024 and ends on 31st July 2024.
4. A valid referral is a referral of a new customer made by an eligible customer on or after June 1 2024, which results in the sale and installation of a DVS Ventilation System.
5. DVS Home Ventilation will be the sole judge, including whether a valid referral has been made.
6. If an eligible customer makes a valid referral, the referrer will receive $100.
7. You will not be eligible to receive the referral reward under this promotion if the referred person is already a customer, has already scheduled a free consultation or home assessment, received a sale order or quote, or has already made direct contact with DVS as at the date of the referral.
8. The referred customer must have consented to having their personal information provided to DVS for this promotion prior to the date of the referral. DVS, including its officers, employees and agents, excludes all liability for any negligence in procuring such consent. DVS will comply with the Privacy Act 2020.
9. Customers can only be referred to DVS once. If a customer is referred to DVS more than once, only the first Eligible Customer to refer that customer to DVS (with the referred customer’s permission) will be eligible for a referral reward under this promotion.
10. It is your responsibility to contact DVS to claim your reward.
11. DVS reserves the right to (a) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time; (b) substitute the prize or part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter); (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) from use of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under New Zealand consumer law.
13. If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of New Zealand and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
