The DVS Reclaim Plus extracts stale air from your home and reclaims energy from it before exhausting it outside. The heat exchanger then transfers energy to the incoming fresh air, from outside the house, to warm or cool it before delivering it to targeted rooms of your home. The Humidity Sensitive control function constantly monitors indoor and outside humidity, adjusting the home ventilation system’s performance to provide a healthier, drier indoor environment.

The DVS Reclaim Plus improves air quality and creates a drier, healthier home.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT: Provides significant energy savings because it ventilates the whole home with pre-warmed or precooled air by using a state-of-the-art heat exchanger. And all for the cost of running two energy-efficient fans – approximately 14 cents a day for an average sized home of 150m2.
FRESH, FILTERED AIR: Uses only fresh, outdoor air which is filtered via a high quality, high-efficiency EcoStatic™ filter, ensuring a cleaner, fresher air supply and a healthier home environment.
AIR QUALITY CONTROL: Actively ducts moist, stale air out of your house, replacing it with fresher, drier outside air.
HUMIDITY SENSING: The Humidity Sensitive control function constantly monitors humidity levels inside your home and in the air supply. Automatically adjusting to ensure that only air which will keep your house healthier and drier is introduced.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Improve air quality, reduce moisture, and reclaim energy otherwise lost from your home with the Reclaim Plus. This means less heating or cooling is required to maintain a comfortable indoor environment when ventilating your home.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT FANS: This ventilation system uses energy efficient EC fan technology. Consumes as little as 10% of the electricity of an AC fan. Significant savings can be made by choosing DVS.

BUILDING CODE COMPLIANT: Excellent for new homes. The DVS Reclaim will satisfy the requirements of G4 of the building code (specific design required).

Optional Extras
Summer Vent Bypass: To increase the effectiveness of your system during summer, an Automatic Summer Bypass can be fitted to allow the incoming fresh air to bypass the heat exchanger when the outside air is cooler than your home. This component can be automatically or manually controlled.
Solar Gain Roof Intake: To make the most of the solar gain in the roof space, a bypass enables the additional warmth to be transferred into the incoming fresh air flow. This is achieved by opening the roof space bypass to allow the roof space air to mix with the extracted exhaust air from your home and pass through the heat exchanger helping to pre-warm the incoming fresh air. This component can be automatically or manually controlled. The roof space air is exhausted to the outside of the building. No roof space air is introduced into the home.
Tempervent: Designed by DVS for New Zealand homes to pre-warm (or take the chill off) cooler air from the system during winter months before it enters the home.
