Requesting a free home consultation
the COVID-19 Protection Framework, the DVS team is fully operating and can install DVS Home Ventilation Systems, heat pumps and filters.
When booking your free home consultation, we will contact you within one business day to arrange a date and time that suits you.
Our top priority is to keep you and our team safe. When making an appointment with us and before entering your property, we will ask:
- if you or someone else around you is unwell
- if there is anybody in the home who is 70 years old or older
- if anybody at the property is at higher risk of infection and serious illness due to COVID-19 exposure e.g. a person with reduced immunity as a result of illness or treatment
A quote will be emailed to you following the visit. If the job proceeds, your installer will go through the same process prior to the installation.
