DVS®  is pleased to introduce a Service Contract to provide you with peace of mind that your DVS®  system operates correctly and that your Five-Year Warranty remains valid for its full term.

Routine servicing is important for the efficient operation of your DVS®  system, and we believe our Service Contract is the most cost-effective way for you to obtain the level of support required to maintain its optimum performance.


What’s included in your service contract
  • An annual service check of your DVS®  system, including checking (and cleaning, where applicable) the Air Handling Unit, ducting, outlet diffusers, inlet vents and any accessories installed with your DVS®  system;
  • Annual filter change, including the supply of your replacement filter;
  • Telephone support for first-level enquiries about the operation of your DVS®  system;
  • Reduced service charges for on-site service and support work additional to the annual service1;
  • 5% discount on the purchase of additional DVS®  equipment for your DVS®  system or on any heaters purchased from DVS® .
What a service contract costs

The annual fee for the Service Contract in a metropolitan area3 – if you require a single standard G4 replacement filter – is $1302.

Service charges

DVS’s reduced service charges applicable to customers with a Service Contract are:

Annual single G4 filter and service no charge, included in Service Contract;

 



On-site Support and Servicing Work1   
$843 call-out fee covering the first 30 minutes on-site work;
plus $84 per hour for additional time on-site, chargeable in 15 minute blocks.







DVS’s standard service charges for service work1 undertaken for customers without a Service Contract are:

How to order and pay

You can order a Service Contract at any time by calling us on 0800 387 387. An invoice will be issued on receipt of your order, with payment due within 7 days. Then, when your filter becomes due for replacement, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for one of our fully trained technical staff to replace it and service your DVS®  system at the same time.

Notes:
  1. On-site servicing to rectify or replace any faulty component covered by the Five-Year Warranty provided with your DVS®  system will always be provided at no charge.
  2. An additional charge of $45 per standard G4 filter applies to DVS®  systems which have more than one filter. If you wish to upgrade your standard filter to a high-grade F6 filter, an additional charge of $40 will apply. Replacement of activated carbon filters will be considered and charged for separately, because their replacement may be more frequent than once a year.
  3. There is an additional charge for visits outside metropolitan areas. Please call 0800 387 387 for clarification.
